Becky previously founded and ran award winning social enterprise Who Made Your Pants?, which supported women who were refugees by providing work, in Southampton. Here, she learned how to do digital marketing with very little time and very little money. These lessons, learned on the ground, are the foundation of how we support organisations today
Becky loves working wth organisations on strategic development of messaging, planning, and turning ideas into action, as well as writing blogs, thought leadership pieces and news.

Rose Jones is our Digital Marketing Assistant. Joining us after a six month Kickstart placement, Rose manages all aspects of day to day digital marketing including uploading and scheduling website and social media content, creating graphics, monitoring and responding to end customer interactions, and liaising with clients
